Jacqueline Taylor
Who am I? A wife to my high school sweetheart; mother of two intelligent and beautiful grown daughters; retired assistant to a dean at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and Owner of Prime Time Event Planning & Concierge, I made good on a promise to my Dad when I was 6 years old to own my own business.
First event I ever planned was my parent’s surprise anniversary party at fourteen years old. I called my parents’ sisters and brothers and asked them to each bring a dish or beverage. Everyone complied. The presentation of food and beverages along with a cake were spectacular! Even better were the priceless looks on my parent’s faces when they got home to their surprise party. That has stuck with me all my life.
I specialize in planning personalized events to make sure ALL my clients have that priceless look. With our help, our clients and their guests need to do nothing but show up and enjoy themselves.

After many years of being the "go-to" person for everything creative, I have developed a unique skill for making what people thought was only a vision into a reality. I have experience ranging from developing and structuring institutional programs to planning extravagant birthday celebrations solely from an idea. With every event Prime Time Event Planning & Concierge plans, we make sure it has a personal touch that makes it yours. In addition to producing quality events, we foster long-lasting relationships that keep our clients coming back every time. You must know your client in order to produce the perfect, personalized event for them, so outstanding customer service is always at the forefront of this company. With planning anything in your life, it requires some sort of finance and preparation. As a finance administrator, I serve as the organizational, finance and accounting leader within PTE. My services to the clients are to create the ideal budgets for the scale of your event, providing customer service to clients, resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams. When it comes to celebrating or needing assistance in finding information/services, I can assure you that PTE is prepared to meet all of your standards and beyond.
