I decided to hire an event planner for my big 60! I found this site and put out a call for an event planner! I had multiple interests but when I responded, I got little feedback. Finally, I got a call but, I missed it. So, I called back and it was PTE’s Jackie. However, she wasn’t the one who called me. (How did I mix that up? 🤷🏽‍♀️) Our conversation went well! We talked for a long time and I decided based on our vibe to hire PTE as my event planner. From start to finish, we were on the same page planning! On top of that she planned from IL. She found me an awesome venue! She also connected with a few of our requested vendors! She went out of her way to make my party festive, like she, handmade my centerpiece for my table. Our venue had dressing rooms and she had our special food requests and drinks on ice! She kept me on my timeline! She made sure my glass stayed full and all my needs were met! Jackie, my husband Vincent says, you brought great ideas and great professionalism to the table. He said you elevated our experience and captured my vision. He appreciates you and Brittany for holding it down for us! Jackie and Brittany, you guys made my day special and I will always remember my birthday and PTE! We are friends for life! Planning a wedding is hard, but my husband and I knew that planning a wedding during a global pandemic would be more than overwhelming. *Enter Prime Time Events*. From the beginning of our planning process, Ms. Jackie and Brittany were phenomenal! PTE gave us great suggestions, was always an email or call away, and went above and beyond in making sure our special day went off without a hitch! Days before the wedding we were able to easily delegate last minute items that required a great deal of time and effort. PTE said they could do it confidently and managed to deliver beyond expected. They are truly professionals in their job and received many compliments from our guests. I would highly recommend PTE to anyone wanting to let go of the stressors of planning and paying attention to the fine detail! Thanks again for everything!

They looked after every detail of the rehearsal dinner and wedding day, leaving the bride, groom and parents free to enjoy the days without any stress.
