The Cataldo Wedding

Abbie was referred to PTE by the mother of a bride whose wedding we coordinated eight months before. Her organizational skills and clear vision made it easy to help brings abbie and her husband jay’s vision to life the day of.

The Planning:

Abbie and Jay were set to have their wedding reception at a bar that they had always enjoyed date night at. Being a bar, they had never hosted a wedding reception before and Abbie was extremely worried that some details may fall between the cracks. At our first meeting Abbie was excited, tired, thankful, worried then completely put at ease that PTE embraced her wedding vision and was completely on board to helping her accomplish the wedding day of her dreams and work within her budget. The lines of communication were constantly open and the months flew by until her magical day arrived.

The Wedding:

Even though it was a cold and wintry February day, the reception venue at the Black Sheep in Orland Park, IL was warm, elegant, sexy and sizzling hot! Pictures of Abbie and Jay filled the room as they were displayed on all of the monitors around. As guests arrived they were greeted with a warm welcome at the door by the PTE team. For many who had been there they were surprised by how different the venue looked. To see Abbie and Jay’s faces light up when they entered their reception was confirmation that their wishes had been carried out to their complete satisfaction. The evening was full of well wishes, dancing, love and the celebration of family and friends. It was truly a pleasure working with Abbie, Jay and Claire, Abbie’s mother. Abbie was a gorgeous bride and her bridal party beautiful as well.
